Course Description
The One Big Beautiful Bill Act, also commonly called the Big Beautiful Bill, is a US federal statute that was signed into law by President Trump on July 4th, 2025. This expansive legislation contains a wide range of tax and spending policies. The One Big Beautiful Bill implements new rules and provides updates to the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. It also includes developments that may be relevant for donors as they plan their philanthropic strategies. Several provisions of the legislation take effect beginning with the 2025 tax year.
This webinar will provide an overview of this new piece of legislation, and you will receive one CPE credit for completing this session. This session will first provide an overview of the act and then specific tax provisions included in the bill will be covered in the second part of this session.
We provide a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to answer any questions you may have during this session. SMEs are available from 8am to 7:30pm Central Time. This course should only be taken during SME hours.
