Course Description
Most CPAs find themselves performing many different financial activities throughout the week. Although most CPAs are not official project managers, the different financial activities such as audits, preparing financial statements, and preparing tax returns may be handled as individual projects. As a result, a project management methodology needs to be selected. This course will describe the Project Communications Management Methodology.
Managing Project Communications is a course that will provide an overview of the project communications management knowledge area. This course will describe the purpose of project communications management. This course will also define the inputs, tools and techniques and outputs for all of the processes in this project management knowledge area.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Identify the purpose of project communications management
- List the three processes in the project communications management knowledge area
- Recognize the inputs for the processes in the project communications management knowledge area
- Recognize the tools and techniques for the processes in the project communications management knowledge area
- Identify outputs for the processes in the project communications management knowledge area
