Certified Public Accountants are highly respected and reliable financial advisors that must go through many years of schooling and work experience before they can properly assist clients with fiscal services. After being licensed, the new CPA will need to find an organization in which they can practice or they will create their own practice in which to provide their services.

Skills to Create and Run a Successful Practice is a course that will inform CPAs on the essential abilities that are needed when creating and managing a successful practice. This course will describe the importance of a “vision” for the organization and how the vision statement must be communicated to all organizational employees. CPAs are also responsible for selecting and motivating their office staff. Finally, this course will describe how to implement change in an organization.
